How to set up root email forwarder or How to configure root email-id on Linux Cpanel
There are 2 easy ways to configure forwarder to your server roots emails.
First & quick way is through cpanel control panel.

Just Login to your cpanel control panel Type >> root in the search box
You will be displayed >> Edit System Mail Preferences Click the Link,
You will be displayed details as Below.

Update cpanel root emailJust Update the emai-ids as you required, I would recommend to use a email-id created on the same server. Configuring external mail like yahoo or gmail is risky, possibility of getting banned by them due to the high volume of the mails send by the server. Second & little hard method is to login to the server through SSH. and type the below command Make sure, you replace your email-ids with [email protected]

root@earn # echo '[email protected]' > /root/.forward

or
use nano to edit the file

root@earn # /root/.forward

If you want to use multiple email-ids, Just use comma between the mail-ids.
eg.
[email protected],[email protected]

Do, drop you comments and suggest us an alternate method, if you know one.
