Upon request, LiquidHost can now assign internal IPs in Seattle for uses such as load-balancing. Traffic through these IP’s isn’t counted towards your plans monthly limit. On their last thread, LiquidHost received some good reviews. More reviews regarding LiquidHost would be appreciated.

LiquidHost accept payment via 2Checkout (credit and debit cards+paypal) Liberty Reserve and Payza. They can offer DDoS protected IPs in Seattle as an addon for $3 each per month or $36 per year and LA, if you don’t mind the extra 10-20 latency. They do not offer refunds.
